Banana Berry Smoothie

This smoothie recipe uses a nutritious mix of bananas and our summer berry juice to give you an energising boost. It’s always a good idea to include bananas as part of breakfast as they give a substantial energy boost and also contain many essential vitamins and minerals. Bananas are also low GI, meaning you will stay fuller for longer. Bananas are in fact ideal for weight loss, as the fibre helps curb unhealthy cravings and provide a high level of satiation.
